ABOUT ME...

I'm originally from Columbus Ohio and now live in Central Phoenix Arizona. I'm licensed by the state medical board of Ohio as an LMT as well as nationally certified. I worked in advertising for a business newspaper for 7 years the last two years of that I decided I wanted to do something I love, massage. I've always had an interest in health; massage therapy and really any alternative medicine/therapies. I love the outdoors, hiking, biking, running and yoga are some of my favorite activities. I attended The American Institute of Alternative Medicine (aiam.edu) where I received my associates in Massage Therapy. I'm trained in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation, Aromatherapy and Thai Massage.

CERTIFICATIONS

- Licensed Massage Therapist, State of Ohio Medical Board licensed.

- National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) licensed.

- Arizona State Board of Massage active Massage Therapist.

- American Massage Therapy Association (amta.com) member.
